For some unknown reason 2 files have gone missing from every computer, I have a backup and wish to copy these files back accross the network to every computer, but doing it one by one would take a while. Does anyone have any ideas on how I can achieve this?

Re: Copy 2 files to every computer on the network
You have a number of options.
GPO startup script
Ad hoc script from user account and machine with access to admin shares on target machines.
I think also the pssexec program from SysInternals PSTools has a copy function.
If you're reall geek you could make custom MSI just to dump the files or run a script to copy them

Yep I usually either add to the logon script, or create a script that will copy the files to all workstations remotely.

Another way is to bundle them into an MSI script and deploy via a GPO linked to the Domain.

I have used the vb script method to do this before.
Lert me know if you want a copy of the script.

BTW: Have you worked out why this has happened because I had a similar problem.
One day, various random files disappeared from the server - including excel.exe. Thinking a virus I checked that we had the most up-to-date definitions and the Mcafee website - nothing. In the end, mcafee had eaten my system: it had flagged up a false positives on a virus and had quarantined them. Luckly they fixed it before the workstations had their update. In the depths of the mcafee website they had a little tool to restore the files - but they wern't advertising it!

I have NetSupport Manager. I'd just use that as I'm to lazy to script if I've already got another tool to t0 do the job.

The files that disappeared from the computers were for a program called remote administrator, which is great for watching kids screens. I think what has happened is my AV software thinks it's a Trojan and has removed them.
After telling sophos not to scan the afected files everything goes back to normal.
Got it sorted in the end using a bat file by listing all PC's in excel and autofilling the formula, then copy and paste and away we go.
