Get a BIOS update?

Anyone know a free site for BIOS updates (for Phoenix)?

Erm, you have to get them form your motherboard manufacturer, not the BIOS producer as it is the motherboard company that programs them.

If your not sure what make your motherboard is (and you don't have the time/inclination to open your PC up), then I recommend using this:

I usually just google, i used to know a good site, cant remember the url, might be:
site: www.driverguide.com (or maybe .org)
username: drivers
password: all

dont know if that even exists anymore, but it was always the one passed around in forums years ago.
