Backup MDaemon

Hi

I have been looking at Migrating from Exchange to MDaemon. Just got one quick question, how do you back it up? Do you just backup the folder you specify during the setup?

All the e-mails are stored as test files. Just backup the MDAEMON folder.

Gets you stats from the server.
