2 simple update

ho our expresso is not updating, its still in last update which was in september 2008. how do i do it? anything to do with cache box?

You can force an update if you go to the Admin Page and choose the update option.
Failing that, [ sounds terrible ], but just power it off and on again and failing that - give them a call or drop them an E-mail. They are normally very quick in responding.
