Email protocol for staff

hello

does any one have in place a email protocol that they wont mind letting me look at?

We would like to put a policy in place for email usage in school but not really sure what to put into it for the email. We have ones for laptop usage and internet usage but would like now to include email to this.

we use our county councils email policy - staff have to abide by that anyway because it forms part of their employment contract.
