    Default School Email External

Just a quick question hopefully one of you guys can help... We have got a frog box which handles out int/external email and we have managed to setup outlook to go and use the internal ip of the frog box to pick up email. But doing the same for Hatfield Visual Arts College doesnt work to get it working externally.

    Any ideas?

Is your frog box listening on an interface accessible from the outside?
Similarly, is port 110 allowed to your public IP from the outside?

On a side note you have a spelling mistake on this page for the parent portal login.
