    liberum install problem

    I have installed liberum but when i got to the setup.asp page

    i get
    Application Error
    Number: 3706 (0x00000E7A)
    Source: ADODB.Connection
    Description: Provider cannot be found. It may not be properly installed.
    --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
    No more information is available.
    Contact your administrator or visit the Liberum Help Desk website.

    I have enables asp extensions
    and downloaded latest mdac 2.8
    server/iuser account has permissions on the database folder and the database (using access 2000 version of db)

    restarted still same any ideas
