I'm looking for a guidebook/handout on ways to improve your printing. Can anyone provide examples for me?
TIA.

What do you mean by improve? (Quality, content, cost, etc.)
IMHO, the best way to improve printing is to turn the printer off... reduces TCO dramatically![]()
essentially to reduce waste, ideally it would contain guides on thigns like page setup, print preview, selecting areas in IE.
I'll be writing something in the next few weeks for my schools using HP printers. Topics to include:
- Booklet & double-sided printing
- Draft mode
- Photo printing
- Setting paper sources for label printing (ie: avoid everyone printing on your labels!)
- Poster and outsize printing.
As well as comprehensive troubleshooting section... Most of these will be printer specific but you can bet I'll be taking a LOT of screenshots![]()
