I have a NRG DSc424 PCL 6 colour photo copier, which we have attached as a network printer.
How do I use the Duplex facility on the machine when printing?
There is an option on our Toshiba Photocopier for duplex printing, but the box is greyed out for the colour copier.

1st July 2008, 12:24 PM #2 I would make sure you're using the latest drivers, but also (typically with photocopiers), they come with many optional extras. If the drivers are good like Canon's, you can automatically detect what the photocopier has, such as a stapler, booklet maker or large paper tray (for example), and this may make duplex printing available for you to use. Hope this makes sense.
