I was wondering how much printer paper you get through ?
On average, during term time we print between 8500 and 9500 pages per week. This amounts to about one page per user per day (1800 users, 5 days).
Is this excessive?
We used to have restrictions but we put a stop to that after teachers/SMT just made us increase the quota, no we save time by just reporting heavy users.

We get through about 6 pallets of Rey Copy paper a term! and they are full size Rey Shipping Pallets not repalleted stuff, now I admit that goes through the copiers as well, but most copiers are printers in out place as well, so i would say about 85% of that is for printing off computers rather than photocopys. So if anybody remembers how many reams are on a full shipping pallet then they can give you figures.

Thankfully we don't use anywhere near that amount, thats gotta cost!
But we did print about 4500 pages on one printer in about 2 weeks Which wasn't very good found out the RM Print Credit Service had died without any warning over the last few weeks not happy at all with that! Didn't restart even though it's setup to and only a full reboot on the PDC sorted it (Next year its Pcounter or Print Manager plus and several DCs load balanced!!!!! Not a good day at all!)
