Cachepilot - Changing permissions

We use an espresso cachepilot (equiinet) where we have setup folders for pupils and teachers. After working for 12 months we are now unable to access the pupils folder - Permissions problem. Does anyone know how to reset the permissions on this box?

When logged into the Cachpilot Admin

User Accounts > File Sharing > Edit to reset user password.

and

User Accounts > File Sharing > Edit for user share settings.
