    With Exchange 2003 is there any way to disable an email account? I.e the user cannot connect to the Exchange server to send/receive emails.

    We restricted it so they cant use outlook

    on the exchange server, right click the user(s) - exchange tasks-remove exchange attributes

    why were they ever setup though?
