    I asked EMBC and they said we're better off getting our own, i'm not sure if that means that they don't offer them or were just feeling lazy.

    how can i make http://mydomain.com go straight to https://mydomain.com with IIS rather than just go the HTTP Error 403.4 - Forbidden: SSL is required to view this resource page ?

    Just had a prod to respond to this ... (some of us are trying to take a break you know and concentrate on the day job!)

    I'll ask this question at the next meeting with them as JANET do have a certificate authority that schools can use, as long as the RBC is the owner of the domain ... within EMBC this should mean the tag holder and nominated technical / administrative contact (which they are for most of the .sch.uk domains that were migrated earlier in the year).

    Mine seems to work fine with IE, but with firefox I get an invalid certificate warning... any suggestions?

    Thats what it looks like, but I followed all the instructions on their site (which incidently is now being reported by firefox as an attack site?? SSL Certificate Authority low-cost, fully-validated 38$ SSL and 276$ Wildcard Certificates )

    Ive obviously screwed something up somewhere... Ive tried re-installing the Intermediate Cert to no avail.

    Well I can comfirm it does work fine. I have firefox2/3 + apache + IPSCA cert working just fine.
