Liberum Help Desk - Mod needed urgently
When a job is closed my users get a link in the email to complete a quality assurance survey.
How can i have a setup whereby if a survey is incomplete it disallows new tickets?

indeed that is a problem but the survey takes <1minute and they're reading the solution anyway
