    Quotas

Does anyone know how to set quotas on folders rather than disks.

I have a need to implement a new area for certain students to save files for a subject. This needs to be seperate from all the other areas that they use. It needs to be a dedicated 50 MB in size. I dont want to move lots of other files around to be able to do this.

    Please help me !!

    Re: Quotas

Just map a drive on your management station to the file share, right click, properties and you should have the quotas tab...

    Re: Quotas

I don't think you can do quotas on folders in Windows. To do that you'll need either Windows 2003 R2 or if you want a bit more sophistication a third party quotaing piece of software like Storage Exec.
