Not that I had noticed, it was just added extra functionality to parts of the system like the Print Manager, Quota system etc....

It's fairly easy to redirect the favourites folder using a registry hack. This can be done by writing a custom .ADM template, or using the freebie Policy Maker Registry Extension (see Essential software wiki). The key you are looking for is HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Curre ntVersion\Explorer\User Shell Folders\Favorites
