    Applocker UNC Paths

    Hi All,

Can someone help me with Applocker? - I want to stop students running executable from their documents but every time i put in a UNC path (eg \\SERVER\data\pupils\*) its does not block it.

I've checked the obvious, the rules are enforced, the path is correct, the identity service is enabled and running and their are no exceptions.

    This is becoming annoying!

    Thanks,

    Viktor.

Have you locked the mapped drive?

I've just realized, apparently applocker is not supported in Windows 7 Professional. Can't imagine why but there you go.

    Thanks anyway
