Just wondered how other schools go about collecting electronic signatures. We currently use Schoolpost which is excellent but some staff have started using Google Forms to collect permissions. I was told a password signature is required for it to be 'binding' which isn't set on the Google forms. If we send the URL of the from securely do you think that counts?

I would prefer to keep it all on one system but need a good argument instead of it just me being awkward.
