    Multiple Choice Homework Quizzes

My Head of Music has been in asking whether we have a system that would allow us to deliver Multiple choice quizzes to students as homework and would allow them one opportunity and the answers are saved which can be exported to excel.

I know this can be done in Moodle but we are a share point school, I can setup Moodle but I imagine it will be a bit of work just to get one department on board.

Does anybody have any suggestions what we can use, obviously Google Forms would allow students multiple attempts and they would have to choose their name from a list.

Ideally, something where we could import class lists and then each student is sent an e-mail with their link to complete, I may be asking a lot but we would be willing to pay for something if it's reasonably priced and does what we want.

    Thanks

    Andrew

We've used Survey Monkey for this type of thing... started with a free account but have a paid account now and use it quite often... does exactly what you said...

I'm not sure I understand your problem with Google Forms. If the first question is what is your name? would that work. As for multiple attempts, only accept the one with the earliest datestamp.

I guess theres nothing stopping someone choose another students name and getting the answers wrong on purpose.
