Spiceworks email settings with office 365 suddenly stoped working
We have been using spiceworks as our helpdesk for a couple of years. Had the same email settings for the helpdesk using our office 365 account e.g. ictjobs@..... and the server as pod#####.outlook.com.
All was working fine until yesterday. It just stopped working. We have checked the password for the email account. I noticed the pod###### number had changed yesterday and entered this in but still no luck.
Anyone have any ideas or is there a way i can get more information about why it fails to save.

Try using outlook.office365.com instead, it should automatically redirect to the correct pod server then if it ever does change.
Can't help otherwise as I configured a mailrelay onsite for the various things that email out for us.
