    Word Freezing when using clipart?

    When our pupils try to insert a picture using clipart word freezes for a period of time, after a long wait it will start working again and they would be able to use it as normal. What is causing this problem? Has anyone experienced this problem before?

    It seems that this was a service pack issue.Our Network Manager Installed the latest versions and what would you know. Thanks anyway.
