    Yep you can do that. Just do it the same way you would with accounts.

    Yes. The only thing is, the group needs a display name and an email address.

    One more question! If I delete a user from AD will the user go into deleted users and allow me to recover it again?
    Also, make this two questions, does it take quite a while to sync?
    I have run sync and changes have not shown about 30 minutes later.

    Sync normally happens about every 3 hours, as that is the default setting within the application, but you can alter it if you wish.
    There is also a powershell command you can run on your server to manually perform the sync.

    If your users had e-mail then once their AD account is deleted, the e-mail account does appear to go into the deleted users section and you can recover it either by recreating the AD user, or a 365 user with the same account name. Or at least that's working for us!
