So far everything seems to work fantasic from the local computer but i am still have issues when allowing other computers to connect they cant see the webpage when wampserver is online for some reason.
my config file is set to http://localhost/classroombookings/ is that my problem its only being seen by the localhost

I would image you need to set it up so it's http://servername/classroombookings and then perhaps create an record in DNS so you can have it just as http://bookings for example.

25th November 2009, 02:16 PM #124 currently we run our legacy network along side another provider c2k everything works great and our internet service is provided by c2k which is really locked down to keep the both their network and pupils safe, i am just thinking that it is possible that the port may have been blocked so i have called to see if it has and if i can have it unblocked to allow us to use this on our legacy server

The booking system runs on port 80 I would imagine so I doubt it's blocked.
If you post the error, that'll help to identify the cause and hopefully together we can get this cracked.

25th November 2009, 02:52 PM #134 got it to work on the server now thank you it was my fault totally i forgot i had taken the wamp server offline to do work and didnt put it back online although this only works for the server at the min still no access to this from any other machine.

What are you typing from your remote machines? Do you have WAMP running on a different port if you have IIS already using port 80?
