Replacing an ex-colleagues email on outlook 2007

Hi all, I need to replace an ex colleagues email account on outlook 2007 with a brand new one for a new colleague. Was wondering if anyone could give me a step by step guide so to speak as to how to do this.

    Much appreciated in advance.

Do you mean remove the old account and add a new one?

I think so, the ex colleagues laptop has now been given to the new one so I need to delete/replace the old email account and add a new one for a new starter onto the network.

if they arnt logging on as the same user (to the pc) it shouldnt be a problem but if you go to control panel and mail just delete the profile then delete the pst file(s) from appdata

I'm assuming the account is already created and you just need to remove and then add new one....

Add or remove an e-mail account - Outlook - Office.com

If it is a local user account, just create a new one, then you can start from fresh
