    Show which GP's are applying

An easy one but its driving me mad. Where in Group Policy is the setting to show the user what group policies are being applied during startup? Its driving me mad this morning as half my machines do it and the others show only "please wait" but need to see what is causing a hold up. I keep staring at both but can not see the difference! Please help before I go nuts (and its only Monday).

    Ta all

    Hi,

Computer Config > Admin Templates > System > Verbose vs Normal status messages

    Enable this.

    Hope this helps.

Comp Config - Admin Temp - System and then enable 'Verbose vs normal status messages'

Think that this is what you are looking for: How to enable verbose startup, shutdown, logon, and logoff status Messages in the Windows Server 2003 family

I know it says 2003 but I think it still works on OS above this.

Just use the group policy results feature at the bottom of the management interface.
