We are presently expiriencing problem with student unable to colour photocopying (not sure if staff are expiriencing issue as they are billing to there department) using papercut (13.4) on Samsung CLX-9250 9350 Series the user isn't billed.
Students have a limited budget varying on what year they are in.
What area do i need to investigate.
I would try logging in as a student - taking a copy and a scan. Then check the job log for that device. Was anything logged?
Then do the same for a staff member. Was anything logged.
It would be very odd if the student had free access and the job wasnt logged yet staff jobs were tracked.
did you update the 13.4 client on the device?
do you have more than one?
If it does prove to be an issue and tough to solve then grab the logs as per:
