Hi all

Bit of a daft question but can I stop the add comment box from appearing in the helpdesk portal for end users

I just want the helpdesk to say you have sent your request.

as i have it setup

dropdown box for type of proble printing,laptop etc

and then a description

when the user clicks submit the ticket review page pops up with add a box that allows them to add comments i dont want this to happen or am i stuck with it
