I am currently looking at introducing video conferencing into our high school. The school used video conferencing 4 years ago across an ISDN line, which you can imagine wasn't too reliable. I would like to utilise our school broadband connection.
I am not sure how to go about this installation and what technical issues I should be aware of for the network. We currently have a joined CUR and ADMIN network by using an ISA server and we have a second ISA server to act as our proxy for Internet access.
If anyone has already implemented video conferencing it would be great if you could give me some advice on how to set this up.

@edsa: Could you please add your location into your profile. If you do this, people within your RBC will be able to let you know what they have done.
It is worth speaking to your RBC to find out their preferred methods. You also need to decide with whom you wish to conference as this can have an effect. Why you are conferencing is also important... is it just to say you have done it or is there a proper learning outcome? This is VERY important.
