I have been given a Certificate which needs to be converted to a .pem file for use under apache on a debian server, the certificate is presently in a .crt file.
I need to know if you can just use the converted certificate in the Apache configuration using the directive;
SSLCertificateFile
Or do I need to seprate the file into a key file and a certificate file.
I'm having some serious issues configuring this with my Apache server as well. I'm unsure of what directives need to be placed into the config file any help would be most appriciated, if youneed any further information I will be happy to supply these.
Apache 2.0 Used as Reverse proxy for back end servers.
