Why did no one tell me about this? My new R2 servers have been chugging away for several months now and all of these lovely shiny and free tools were included from the start!

You mean you havent already got it emailing your users telling them they are near their quota or have the same file 50 times in their area? It was one of the first things I did. Infact it was the reason I installed R2!
