We're looking to set up an online survey (either on our website, or preferably hosted somewhere else) as a means of running an audit on what IT our pupils have access to at home (do they have a PC, broadband, printer, scanner, etc) and possibly also a skills audit for staff. Has anyone else tried this, or could someone recommend me a good company to use?
Do you have a VLE? Will it do surveys? Ours does (Moodle).

I did a search for "survey" before posting and couldn't find anything. Knowing now that its in the web development section, I have found it (didn't think to also look for "questionnaire"). Apologies for the dual-posting.
