I have built a PC with a 160gb HDD
I then used Partition Magic to make the C: drive 20 GB and deleted the D: drive..
When I try to Ghostgast this onto a 80GB Laptop it says it's gonna take 132 hours? (only i ghost option 152 GB disk) (and its on the same gig switch)
I then try to Local Partition to Image for the C: to Image to the D: ( reactivated D
but it won't highlight the C; patition as the source..
Any ideas on the best way forward

If your using a Ghost Task or Ghost Cast to pull the image you will need to change the settings because when you partition a hard drive you need to set in the task that its DISK1 but also PARTITION1(C
or it will do the whole drive and the both partitions (C
and (D
.

You do this when your setting up the task which is before.
