    Tracking email abuse

How do you bring to your attention suspect emails with words such as drugs or knife or any words that you don't want to ban, but want to see what's going on in discussions ?

Games are now being embedded in Excel files. Can they be stopped from being passed round ? If we know the filename, can they be deleted easily from each recipient ?

    Using MS Exchange server 2007.

Software restriction policy with a hash rule if its the same file being passed round. As for detecting words in email you will need some third party software or relay it through some mail software, where plugins are available for such things such as Zimbra but that is a whole mail system in it's own right and is prob overkill.

Some antispam software with custom rules for whatever you want blocking will do the trick. I'd use *nix + Spam Assassin personally, but I'm sure there's an exchange plugin you could buy to do it.
