Home Directory quota and Offline files problem
We have a problem with our windows 7 clients where the home directory disk quota is not apply when the clients are offline. For example a user has a home directory quota of 4GB when connected to the network but when at home it reads 256GB (the size of the hard disk). There fore if they store items that exeed the 4GB at home, syncronisation will fail.
Is there a way that the disk quota will apply when the user is offline? the only way i have hve found so far is to limit the offline files cache size via GPO but this would be same limit accross the board!
The file server is 2008 R2.
