How do you disable the pop up on microsoft word that asks about Updates.. if you click Yes it asks for administrator password

I believe you can do this in two locations.
Microsoft Office Customization Tool
Modify user settings > Microsoft Office 2010 > Privacy > Trust center > Disable opt-in wizard on first run
This is also available with the Office 2010 ADM/ADMX group policy administrative templates.
User Configuration > Policies > Administrative Templates > Microsoft Office 2010 > Privacy > Trust Center > Disable Opt-in Wizard on first run
