How do you do....it? Thread, group policy in Technical; is their a policy to disable right click on the desktop or to stop the kids makeing shortcuts anywhere...

    you need to disable the Context menu in GPO which can be found at

    User Config > Administrative Templates > Windows components > Internet Explorer > Browser Menu's
