    Hi All,

A link to our document for looking over https://www.dropbox.com/s/uvxrahw682...f%20guide.docx

Unfortunately one of the other techs have it checked out at the moment as they are adding loads of windows 7 stuff but got an older version for you all to see.

Very much appreciated. It'll give us an idea how we should do ours.
    Thanks again.

We make a 'hand book' which consists of

    > A simple map of where our office is.
    > Pictures of me, my manager and my collegue.
    > A page with spaces for them to add their passwords for Fronter, Computer, Email and codes for copying etc.
    > Information on how to log a job, using the spiceworks helpdesk e.t.c
    > Information on downloading Microsoft Office through the school
    > Information and school loggins for skydrive.

All in a handy little booklet

It very nice to be able to give it out rather than have new members of staff spend hours asking about the simple things
