Exchange calendar synchronisation (no not PDA Sync) Create a master calendar
LM has asked me to for a way to populate an all school master calendar (exam dates sports fixtures so on) from some sub level calendar aka 1 way synchronisation.
Ideally free
Mail Server is Exchange 2010 SP1
I have tried copy .pst from 1 mailbox to another. but he wants it to automatic synchronisation.
I tried using sharepoint 2010 hit a dead end (only started using it and completely baffled).
Tried using group view and exporting out to website but only showed 1 calendar not all calendars

That's how we've done it. You can grant different levels of access too.
