Installation / Configuration

Hi All,

Hope you can help im probably doing somthing stupid...

have installed HAP v 7.10 and can access the setup / logon page.

I had a problem during setup. Point 21 from the documentation "add the permission" IIS AppPool\HAP

as this doesn't seem to exist is used IISUSER and set the permission to read / write.

I have also got a red cross on services and get an error while trying to save the Homepage items "service.servicemodel.serviceactivationexcepti on"

any help as always would be great.
