Failure to get past step 21 on installation on IIS7

Can anyone help an idiot?
On step 21 of the installation guide for HAP+ on IIS7

I can't find the IIS AppPool\HAP user.

I have searched in the local machine but I just get an error "The following object is not from a domain listed in the Select Location dialog box, and is therefore not valid:"

Have I missed something in IIS?

I had the same problem. Run this comamnd icacls C:\inetpub\wwwroot\Hap /grant "IIS AppPool\HAP":(RX)

That did it thanks. I'm not backing out of the thanks but I was reading about the icacls command when you saved me getting the syntax right!

I'm not having a good day with this. Install all finished but now I get a http 500 internal server error!

There's a slight bug in v7.9 that puts two links on the homepage with the same name, open ~/app_data/hapconfig.xml in notepad, look for My Emails, should be 2 of them, rename one of them
