hapconfig.xml is accessible

I saw that if I login as a student (hap+ 7.7, win 2008r2 IIS 7.5 basic authentication) I can open "app_data/hapconfig.xml"

Is it expected?

Good spot, will be in the pending v7.8 release, which will lock down the app_data and bin folders
