Drive not visible
I am trying to map a new drive for a small group of staff but the drive is not appearing.
It must be to do with the security groups in AD but I am really confused as to why it is not appearing. I have the KED Teaching Staff and KED Non-Teaching Staff groups and if I add these to the groups who can read/write etc.. they work fine and the drive appears. I do not want these groups to access the drive though so I have a different security group called KEC staff. I choose this group successful in the setup configuration for my new drive mapping but the drive does not appear.
Any suggestions please?
How are you mapping the drives?
Are the correct users in the KEC staff group? Does it map for anyone who's a member of this group?
I map the drive using the setup.aspx configuration screen. I am only testing with one user however that user appears in the KEC Staff group in AD. Using the configuration screen if I add KED Teaching Staff to the groups allowed to view the drive then it becomes visible, if I only have KEC STaff then it is not visible at all.

Did you using the AD Group Builder in HAP+'s setup page to select the group? Or did you manually type it in? The group name may be slightly wrong, or HAP+ can not get to the write part of AD to look at the group members. Which user did you define in HAP+ as the user to use?
