Staff Cannot access Booking and helpdesk
I canít seem to get staff to access the booking system and helpdesk; I can remove and show the icons but when they try to access it the windows popup box appears for password authentication.
I guess this is a permission issue, as initially logging into the HAP is fine, accessing mapped drivers and userís home documents is fine.
If I login as myself who is a domain admin, I can go everywhere. I also tried giving the staff access to the booking system admin rights hoping that might at least get me into the booking system. But that didnít work.
If this is a permission issue, would this be on the extranet folders, in the web config file or somewhere in with IIS7
