Staff name displays as AD info field
I have a small issue where I have added some bookings. I use the AD info field (Telephone/Notes field in user properties of AD) to populate student tutor groups and staff for our Library system. For staff I use the word STAFF in uppercase so that we can differentiate them when running reports.
The problem I have is that HAP picks up this field as the display name for the booking system. This means that all of my booking are displayed like this
which is a little ambiguous and makes it quite difficult to see at a glance who has the room booked.
If I remove the field from AD, HAP then picks up the display name of the staff member so I get this...
Is there something I can change to correct this?
