Setting up Help desk and Bookings
First off I want to say how much I love this application and everyone that has worked on it has my personal thanks. Way cool work.
Just a couple things I can not figure out though.
I can make a Help Desk ticket. But the Assign to: or Ticket For: is Blank and there is no one to select. I can't figure out how to add people. (techs)
Also When I try to update a ticket I get this error "Index was outside the bounds of the array."
Any help would be great.
Using Server 2008 R2 with IIS 7 and HAP version 9.5
