Does anyone know why I would have no management tools (i.e. Booking System, Helpdesk etc.) for any user on our domain.
I have logged in with two domain admin accounts (that were working yesterday) yet today they appear as standard users.
Appears to be an issue with 9.3 upgrade as when I copy the version 9.0 files back into the directory, I get the management options back, then copy the 9.3 files, management options disappear again.
