Helpdesk and bookings issue IE
The usuals first, love HAP so useful and love all the features your getting in there. I've found a problem with IE9 on our network.
Some people have reported that the booking system gets stuck with a blank screen and on the helpdesk a user cannot register a new ticket or even see their old tickets. Looks like something isnt loading up.
This happens no matter who logs on to the machine, but works fine if the user uses Google Chrome. Is there anything I could do to make it more consistent?
All machines on site have being imaged with the same image over the summer to Windows 7 SP1 Pro.
