Mark As FAQ error - 1 bug and 2 requests :)
- I am getting an error when marking a ticket as an FAQ.
The error is:
"String was not recognised as a valid Boolean"
- Could i request the option to create a new ticket as an FAQ (just a tickbox on the create ticket page if you are an admin)?
- Finally, could i request that FAQ's load all of their data into the text box for editing purposes? (It would be nice to be able to tidy up the original ticket information and remove "updates" to keep the FAQ's clean).
