    The booking system and help desk need to have some AD OU's defined to populate the user lists.

    For Example:

    Code:
        <OUs>
          <OU name="Teaching Staff" path="LDAP://OU=Teaching Staff,OU=CRI,OU=Establishments,DC=crick,DC=internal" visibility="Both" />
          <OU name="Non-Teaching Staff" path="LDAP://OU=Non-Teaching Staff,OU=CRI,OU=Establishments,DC=crick,DC=internal" visibility="Both" />
          <OU name="System Admins" path="LDAP://OU=System Administrators,OU=CRI,OU=Establishments,DC=crick,DC=internal" visibility="Both" />
        </OUs>

    I have defined the admins(Nildram Users), teachers and students, i'm getting that error just for admins.

    Code:
    <AD username="administrator" password="GJWZZeMDt/E+qKunRo9CUw==" upn="school.leics.sch.uk" studentsgroup="YoE11">
               <OUs>
    		<OU name="Nildram Users" path="LDAP://OU=Nildram Users,OU=Staff,OU=Users,OU=server,DC=school,DC=leics,DC=sch,DC=uk" Visibility="Both" />
    		<OU name="YoE11" path="LDAP://OU=YoE11,OU=Students,OU=Users,OU=server,DC=school,DC=leics,DC=sch,DC=uk" Visibility="Both" />
    		<OU name="Staff" path="LDAP://CN=Staff,OU=Users,OU=server,DC=school,DC=sch,DC=uk" Visibility="Both" />
    	</OUs>

    Just to add:

    Domain admins get the edit announcement, which they can edit and display. But are still unable to access help desk & booking system.

    It'll be down the OU settings, domain admins are the only people who can see other users to file a ticket/book a resource on behalf of someone, check those OU's are correct.
