Hi,
I've just updated to V7.10 and have enabled My Files Version 4.0. This all seems to be ok.
- HAP+ seems to get sooo much better with every release!!
Couple of Issues with some other sections though.
I don't know how to make an announcement... Even when Logged in as a Domain Admin I can't see where to do it.
I'm unable to access the Help Desk, Logon Tracker or Booking System unless logged in as an Domain Admin. Clicking any of the links as a User sends me to the HAP login screen again.
Any Help??
Thanks,
Michael

16th May 2012, 10:49 PM #2 The second issue is permissions set in the web.config files in the bookingsystem and or help desk. The logon tracker is Domain Admins Only.
There should be a link at the right of the Home Access Plus+ Image on the homepage, clicking on it should popup the announcement editor

16th May 2012, 11:07 PM #3 Hi Nick,
Thanks for the quick reply.
I can now see the announcement icon. I obviously wasn't looking hard enough.
I can't seen any sections regarding the Help Desk or Booking in the web.config, could this be due to issues I have modifying the config from the Setup.aspx file? I'm only able to change settings by directly modifying the hapconfig.xml
I'm unable to browse the directory when adding groups and when modifying some settings, I simply get a Not Found error message.
